As we grow as an organization our needs are constantly evolving. With this growth, we are currently seeking a stellar Product Manager to join the Content Creation team with a focus on our email designer.

In this role, you’ll be working across every step of the email creation journey, from creating templates and campaigns to imagining the future of how marketers will leverage AI in their creative process.

You’ll drive a roadmap that not only expands and improves upon our current offering, but also looks to innovate against what is possible in the email marketing space.

As our ideal candidate, you are customer-obsessed. You will ensure we listen to our customers so that we produce the best product possible based on market demands. Building products that provide customer value is what drives you.

You will be able to build trust among the team, create and drive focus, quality, and balance, and foster a collaborative environment. You will also be responsible for facilitating communication across the organization and with our customers regarding your product. This is an exciting role as your contributions will have a direct impact on the growth of the department and the company.

What your day could consist of:

  • Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders to build a roadmap for your team/s that is consistent with ActiveCampaign's strategic vision
  • Modeling and coaching to product management skills, expectations, and leadership qualities
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from our customers and key stakeholders to build out requirements
  • Building deep customer and market understanding by working with external and internal stakeholdersEmpowering teams to solve customer problems without constrained thinking and with a platform mindset
  • Collaborating with design and engineering leaders to ensure successful product delivery across your products
  • Working with other leaders to define and measure product objectives & goals; Drive product & tech org to achieve goals
  • Defining/measuring usage signals & leveraging them to drive product performance
  • Facilitating communication across the organization and to our customersPartnering with Product Marketing and other orgs to ensure successful GTM & operational readiness
What is needed:
  • 3-5 years experience as a product manager in the SaaS space
  • Experience in the marketing content creation space is a plus, specifically experience working with drag-and-drop builders for email and landing pages and leveraging AI for general content creation
  • Experience leading innovative SaaS products from idea to successful market adoption
  • Strong entrepreneurial and ownership spirit and ability to thrive with ambiguity
  • Ability to break complex projects into work streams, achievable roadmaps, and iterative releases that deliver customer value
  • Being a curious learner in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies with weekly release cycles
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both written and verbal
  • Be able to communicate with a variety of internal and external audiences and clearly articulate the product vision
  • Be effective at communicating the “why” to various audiences and achieve buy-in
  • Ability to effectively coordinate across internal teams such as marketing, engineering, and design
  • Proven track record of execution and delivery of successful products
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions without perfect information
  • Ability to distill high-level requirements into actionable cards for design and development
  • Excel at leading the creation and iteration of prototypes and designs
  • Ability to prioritize work and understand the trade-offs to make the best decisions for your products
  • Ability to lead by example and to drive quality in team, department, and organization
